It's time to get back to school. I am excited about using this blog to share with your family all the fun things we do in Music.
Our first week we will learn a song and play instruments with it. The song is: "Brand New Year"

What a great first week! 5th Graders are working on their program. 3rd Graders had "sword fights" with boomwhackers while learning rhythms. 1st Graders learned clapping to "Miss Mary Mack".

If you lose your recorder, you will not be able to play which will cause your grade to go down. You may be able to buy a new one or borrow one from me each day. But you are in 5th grade and I think can be responsible for keeping up with your recorder.
